Our Story
Executive Chef Kenneth “Kean” Agcon brings his love for Latin flavors together with his Filipino heritage. His philosophy: “I like Latin flavors, but since I was not born and raised in Latin traditions, it did not feel right for me to come up with a Mexican or Spanish restaurant. So I altered the Latin dishes that I wanted to serve with a Filipino touch because that is my heritage.”
From house-made kangkong-infused tortillas to 12-hour slow-cooked porchetta, every dish at Salsa Fusion tells a story of two culinary worlds meeting on one plate.
